Standardized quality control prevents customer rejections and eliminates unnecessary site visit callbacks. Ensure the supervisor verifies each item before approving the Job Card for dispatch.

12-Point Inspection Checklist

• 1. Finished drop height measured hanging vertically on test rack

• 2. Bottom hem double-fold width (standard 4-inch / 10cm double turn)

• 3. Corner weights inserted in bottom corners of main drapes

• 4. Lining finished 1 inch (2.5cm) shorter than the face fabric

• 5. Buckram stiffness intact with no creasing in header

• 6. Steamed, ironed, and folded according to pleat memory
