These Customer Portal Terms ("Portal Terms") govern access to and use of the customer-facing online portal, order tracking links, and quotation review interface (collectively, the "Customer Portal") provided by FurnishMate Tech Private Limited on behalf of furnishing merchants and workshops.
1. Purpose of the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is provided as a transparent, digital communication hub allowing you (the customer) to review quotations, approve proposals, monitor manufacturing and installation progress, inspect invoices, track payments, and report after-sales support requests directly to your furnishing merchant.
2. Unique Access Link & Security
2.1. Direct Link Access. The Customer Portal utilizes a secure, high-entropy unique web link provided by your merchant. This link allows frictionless access to your order details without requiring a separate password.
2.2. Your Responsibility. Your unique tracking link contains access to your specific order information, quotations, and site notes. You are responsible for keeping this link confidential and not sharing it publicly or with unauthorized individuals.
3. Quotations & Digital Approvals
3.1. Binding Intent. When you click "Approve Quotation" within the Customer Portal, your action records a timestamped digital approval confirming your acceptance of the merchant's proposal, quantities, fabric selections, and quoted price.
3.2. Commercial Terms. The specific commercial terms (e.g., advance deposits, warranty periods, return conditions, and delivery schedules) displayed on individual quotations are established directly by your furnishing merchant and constitute the contract between you and that merchant.
4. After-Sales Issue Reporting & Evidence
4.1. Support Submission. You may report service issues, post-installation concerns, or fabric defects directly through the portal's support interface.
4.2. Photos & Information. When submitting an issue, you agree to provide accurate descriptions and genuine photo evidence to help your merchant diagnose and resolve the matter effectively.
5. Portal Availability & Modifications
While we strive for continuous service uptime, the Customer Portal is provided on an "as is" basis. Temporary maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or connectivity issues may occasionally affect portal access.
6. Link Revocation & Expiration
Your merchant maintains administrative authority over your customer record and may revoke, disable, or regenerate your tracking link at their discretion, or upon completion of your order lifecycle.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
FurnishMate acts as a technical service provider and Data Processor on behalf of your furnishing merchant. Your merchant is the primary Data Fiduciary responsible for your customer record. For questions regarding how your merchant collects and uses your personal details, or to request data updates, please contact your merchant directly. Our platform privacy standards are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Contact & Support
For inquiries regarding an active order or quotation, please contact your furnishing merchant directly. For technical inquiries regarding portal operations:
